Spicy Thai Satay
Ingredients
4 tablespoons PeaNOT Butter
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons rice vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons chilli oil
Optional: coconut milk
Method
In a small saucepan mix together ingredients whilst heating over a low heat. It will thicken as it cooks. Use coconut milk to achieve your desired consistency.
Mix through warm noodles, and serve with veggies and protein of choice.
