Stuffed Medjool Dates

Ingredients

15 medjool, pitted

Filling:
6 tbsp PeaNOT Butter, Smooth
2 tsp ground ginger
Banana chips, crushed
A pinch of flaky salt

Method

  1. With a small sharp knife, cut open the dates lengthwise. Remove the pits. Be careful not to cut through completely.

  2. Mix the PeaNOT Butter with ginger in a bowl

  3. Fill dates with the PeaNOT mixture and sprinkle with banana chips and salt
