Hummus

Healthy hummus dip for entertaining and school lunchboxes

Ingredients

¼ cup PeaNOT Butter smooth
1 tin chickpeas (garbanzos), rinsed and drained
2 tbsp lemon juice
¼ - ½ cup of warm water, as needed
salt, to taste
1 clove garlic (optional)

Method

  1. Add all ingredients except warm water to a blender. Blend until smooth, adding water until your desired consistency. Season to taste with salt.

  2. Pour hummus into pottles for lunchboxes, or use for entertaining. Serve with your favourite veggies, crackers and treats.
