Choc Bliss Balls

Ingredients

½ cup plain flour 
1 cup rice flour 
½ cup buckwheat flour
½ cup cocoa powder
½ tsp cinnamon 
2 Tbsp chia seeds
6-8 Tbsp HazelNOT Choc
½ tsp vanilla extract 
4 Tbsp maple syrup 

Toppings: 
2-3 tsp cacao nibs 
HazelNOT Choc mixed with plant milk to drizzle

Method

  1. In a bowl mix together the flours, cocoa powder, chia seeds and cinnamon.

  2. In another bowl mix together the HazelNOT Choc, maple syrup and vanilla extract then combine with the dry ingredients and mix until sticky. If this requires more liquid simply add in a dash of plant milk

  3. Roll into balls then set in the fridge for 10 minutes

  4. Drizzle with HazelNOT Choc and sprinkle with cacao nibs

  5. Store in an air tight container for up to 2 weeks in the fridge or a month in the freezer
